"I've always heard that it's best to conduct business transactions without much personal involvement but how can you not get personal when you are selling a home that you and your family have lived in for a number of years?
When we started the process of selling our home I was nervous and had a certain level of doubt; the road before us seemed like it was not well lit and I could not see the destination.
However, all of that changed once we had our first meeting with Rebecca Robertson. She sat down and explained all of the typical instructions, expectations, and work that would be required to sell our home. Once that was completed we knew that we now had a guide to lead us down this path but little did we know that she would pretty much light up the path and take the wheel and drive us there herself!
Rebecca took the time to get to know and understand our family. She listened to our conversations that we had and understood our concerns. She listened to the stories about our home and about how that made it our home and why it was so important to us.
In dealing with her, I could tell that she was personally invested in the sell of our home as well as ensuring that we got the best deal possible and that we were aware of everything that was going on "behind-the-scenes" as well as being comfortable with everything that was presented to us.
In summary, my family has a number of realtors that are within our family and we could have gone with any one of those. However, I would recommend going with Rebecca Robertson as it was definitely the best decision that we could have made for the selling of our home. She has a great deal of knowledge of the Real Estate industry. She took the time to understand and listen to any questions or concerns that we had and answered them to the best of her ability. She added a personal touch to the whole transaction that made it very easy on my family. "
