Before you're ready to buy, have you:

• Connected with a lender? (I can help you there!)

• Identified your timeline? (If you're currently renting, know your lease term information)

• Confirmed what you're looking for in your new home? (if you're not sure, you'll narrow down the need vs. want list pretty quickly)

• Thought through where your new home should be? (close to work, school, your favorite coffee shop?)

Before you're ready to sell, have you:

• Met with me? (with a design and organization background, I can help you stage and organize your house, if needed...all part of my services)

• Identified your timeline? (if you sell, do you know where you want to live next and the timeline for that change?)

• Done the math on what your house needs to sell for and does that asking price align with what the market can support? (we can run the numbers, and see if the timing makes sense)

• Thought through where your new home should be? (close to work, school, your favorite coffee shop?)
